This is a pine collected from a bog near wherer I lived at the time. Planted in a charming plastic bucket and it loved it. Happily grew strong and was established in just two years

In fall of 2017 I was t attend a workshop with Naoki Maeko from Japan. Thrilled at the chance I brought this tree with me. But unfortunately there was no tree available for his demonstration at the event, so I passed on the workhop and let him work on this instead.

Given that it was recently styled I let it overwinter in the greenhouse.

I repotted it into a ceramic container the follwing spring and let it grow the entire summer.
